Naveen is one of the most prominent faces of India’s fast-evolving fintech industry. Along with being the co-founder of Paisabazaar – India’s largest marketplace platform for consumer credit – Naveen is also a Board Member of FACE (Fin-Tech Association for Consumer Empowerment) and a member of the Governing Council of IAMAI.

Naveen co-founded Paisabazaar in 2014 under the Policybazaar Group (PB Fintech Ltd) and built it from scratch to make it one of India’s most popular consumer platforms in the financial services industry. Paisabazaar, under Naveen’s stellar leadership, became the market leader within 3 years of inception. In the last 11+ years, Paisabazaar has earned the trust and goodwill of over 5 crore consumers.

Naveen has over 2 decades of deep experience in the financial services markets of India and Europe. He has worked with Citibank in India, Capital One Bank in the UK and as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at Aviva Life Insurance, where he set up and led the digital business and made it the market leader.

Naveen is an alumnus of prestigious institutes like IIM Calcutta and the Delhi College of Engineering.
